Jeremy Walls

Jeremy Walls, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jeremy is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Kontoor Brands, Inc., where they lead the global D&I strategy for the company's 14,000 employees across 52 countries. Prior to this role, Jeremy held various positions at Collins Aerospace, including Sr. Manager of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Interim Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Lead. Jeremy was responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide DE&I initiatives, integrating ERGs post-merger, and presenting updates to C-suite leaders. Jeremy also had experience as the HR Manager at The KURZ Group and Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Britax Child Safety, Inc. Jeremy started their career at SouthTrust Bank as an HR Assistant, where they dealt with payroll and benefits communication and trained supervisors during a payroll system conversion. Jeremy's extensive experience in DE&I, HR management, and organizational development make him a valuable asset to any company.

Jeremy Walls, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002. In 2015, they obtained certifications from both the HR Certification Institute - HRCI for Senior Professional in Human Resources and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for SHRM - Senior Certified Professional.
