Tammy Mayhew

Tammy Mayhew has had a diverse work experience in the field of global benefits and management. Tammy started their career in 1989 as an Implementation Specialist at Professional Insurance Planning, Inc. Tammy then worked as an Account Manager at DL Davis & Co. from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Aon Consulting as a Project Manager and later became a CDO/AVP from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, Tammy worked at Inmar as a Manager of Benefits and Compensation.

In 2011, they joined B/E Aerospace, Inc. as a Manager of Global Benefits and later became a Senior Manager, overseeing both Global Benefits and Global Mobility. Tammy continued this role until 2017 when B/E Aerospace was acquired by Rockwell Collins. At Rockwell Collins, Tammy took on the position of Senior Manager of Global Benefits & Mobility for Interior Systems. Tammy was responsible for developing benefit strategies, managing global mobility programs, and providing staff management.

Following the acquisition, they moved to Collins Aerospace and worked as a Senior Manager, Global Benefits for Interior Systems. Here, they were responsible for global benefit strategy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and managing staff.

Finally, in 2019, Tammy joined Kontoor Brands, Inc. as a Senior Director of Global Benefits, where they continued their role in developing benefit strategies for the company's iconic denim brands.

Throughout their career, Tammy has shown expertise in global benefits management, legal compliance, staff management, and vendor management for global mobility programs.

Tammy Mayhew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem College from 1992 to 1995. Tammy then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Gardner-Webb University from 2001 to 2003.
