Vasily Grogol is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel and restaurant management. As the Founder of BURSA Hotel Kyiv since January 2017, Vasily has established a successful luxury boutique hotel that features a 72-seat restaurant, a 150-seat rooftop bar, a 50-seat hi-fi listening bar, and a 42-seat cinema, generating an average annual revenue of $2 million while demonstrating resilience through both the COVID pandemic and regional conflict. In addition, Vasily co-founded KOOPERATIV Working Space in August 2019, a 40,000 square foot facility with over 750 active residents and 100% occupancy. With prior roles including Producer at ArtClass and Assistant Manager at SIXTY Hotels, alongside various positions at prestigious organizations such as Corinthia Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton, Vasily's journey in hospitality is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management with Honors from Glion Institute of Higher Education.
