Chris Oxenrider

Chris Oxenrider, BSN, RN, ACM-RN, has a diverse and extensive background in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of Utilization Management at Kootenai Health since September 2013. Chris successfully established and oversees the Utilization Management Department, leading a hybrid team of nurses and social workers. Previous roles at Kootenai Health include manager of Transitional Care Services and RN Supervisor of Case Management. Experience spans various healthcare settings, including hospice care, OBGYN practice management, and emergency nursing in a trauma center. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and prior degrees in psychology and nursing from North Idaho College and Eastern Washington University.
