Matthew Wagner MBA, M.T. (ASCP) has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matthew started their career at Children's Hospital Colorado, where they were a Clinical Informaticist-Inpatient Clinical Orders Team member participating in the implementation of the Epic Systems Computerized Physician Order Entry module.

Matthew then joined Computer Science Corporation as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Epic EHR implementation. Matthew'sresponsibilities included being an Epic application coordinator, providing end-user support during go-lives, and resolving high-priority issues. Matthew played a key role in implementing Epic Systems Inpatient and Ambulatory Modules in a 200-plus bed hospital facility on the East Coast.

Matthew later joined Billings Clinic as a Regional IT Team member, holding various roles such as Regional IT Operations Manager and Regional IT Customer Service Relations Manager. In these positions, they maintained trust as the primary EMR applications contact and served as a system translator between healthcare providers and IS resources. Matthew had extensive knowledge of various Cerner applications and mentored staff members on application build and maintenance processes.

Matthew then moved to Bozeman Health, where they served as an Epic Ambulatory Applications Supervisor and Information Technology Application Services Program Manager. In the latter role, they were responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide software deployment. Matthew managed project plans, budgeting, and reporting to project leaders. Matthew also hosted monthly project steering committee meetings to update stakeholders.

Currently, Matthew is working at Kootenai Health as the Lead Epic Inpatient and Pharmacy Team Analyst.

Matthew Wagner MBA, M.T. (ASCP) holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1999 to 2003.
