Ria Amitya has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Ria began their career as an Admin Business Development at PT. Merck Tbk and then went on to do an Internship Student at PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals in various roles, including Learning and Development Advisor, Vaccines Content Manager, Sales Excellence Expert, and Graduate Trainee Program, Sales and Marketing. In 2017, they became an Assistant Teacher at Kinderland Preschool Bandung. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Happiness Coordinator at Kopari Beauty.
