Bob Thompson

Bob Thompson has over 30 years of work experience. Bob started their career in 1986 as a Production and Engineering Manager at Denon Digital Industries, where they were responsible for various operations including wafer fabrication, electro plating, injection molding, printing, and packaging. After that, they joined AstralTech Americas as a Plant Manager, overseeing the construction, manufacturing, and production activities. In 1997, they became the Director of Global Service & Technical Sales at STEAG HamaTech, managing technical sales and field service for top-tier customers. In 2000, Bob joined Flexplay Technologies as the VP of Technology and Manufacturing, leading multiple site startups and establishing business relationships with well-known companies. Their most recent position was at Kopin Targeting Corporation, where they served as the HLA Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, supervising product development, mechanical and process engineering groups.
