Alex Gurevich

Alex Gurevich has extensive work experience in the field of customer support and service delivery. Alex is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Support at Körber Supply Chain since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Support Service Delivery at EPAM Systems from November 2020 to July 2022, and Head of Customer Support at Bizagi from April 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Bizagi, Alex Gurevich worked at SAP SuccessFactors as the Vice President of Cloud Operations and Service Delivery from October 2016 to April 2019. Alex also served as the Head of Customer Support Education at Informatica from May 2015 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Alex Gurevich worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Director of Cloud and IaaS Services, Field Excellence from February 2010 to October 2015. Alex also held various managerial roles at HP, including Senior Manager of Private and Public Cloud Architecture from January 2006 to April 2010.

Alex Gurevich started their career as a Senior Engineer at Mercury Interactive in January 2000 and worked there until April 2006. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Delivery Manager at Champion Computers from January 1997 to January 1999.

From 1999 to 2003, Alex Gurevich attended the Army and obtained a degree in IT. The field of study is not specified.
