Flora Cousso

Flora Cousso is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources PT & Shared Services and Global HR Process Owner at Körber Supply Chain since September 2021. Prior to this role, Flora held the position of Head of People at SOGRAPE Original Legacy Wines from September 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy for approximately 800 employees, overseeing talent management processes, and managing compensation and benefits policies. Flora's earlier roles encompass HR Development Senior Manager at the University of Houston and various HR-related positions at companies such as Qimonda, Infineon Technologies, and Salvador Caetano. Flora holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from ISCTE Business School.
