Gary A. has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on performance-oriented software and firmware development. Gary began their career at Capitol Information Networks as a Bench Technician, repairing circuit boards for ATM and data communications platforms. Gary then moved on to Ferranti International Controls, where they worked on Energy Management SCADA systems and later wrote low-level firmware. After that, at Texaco, Gary worked on firmware for pump controllers and SCADA systems for offshore platforms. Gary then joined Siemens, where they continued their work as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in low-level performance software and real-time data access subsystems. Currently, Gary is at Körber Supply Chain, still in the role of Principal Software Engineer.
Gary A. earned an AS degree in ET from Texas State Technical College from 1980 to 1982. Gary then pursued a BSET degree in Electronics/Software at the University of Houston, completing it between 1984 and 1989.
