Hans-Georg Reichl has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Hans-Georg started their career at PwC Deutschland as a Manager from 1996 to 2000. Hans-Georg then worked at Rational Software as a Finance Manager from 2000 to 2003. After that, they joined IBM as a CFO for ITS Services & MTS Maintenance in IMT Germany from 2003 to 2010.

Reichl then moved on to Software AG, where they held the role of VP Finance & Administration Germany, Austria & Switzerland from 2010 to 2012. During their time there, they managed the merger of IDS Scheer AG with Software AG.

Hans-Georg then became the CFO for the Global Business Unit Central & Eastern Europe from 2016 to 2017, and later CFO for the Global Business Unit North America from 2018.

Currently, Reichl is working at Körber Supply Chain, where they hold the position of EVP & CFO Körber Supply Chain Software/Geschäftsführer KSC-S GmbH & KSC SM GmbH. In this role, they have full financial leadership responsibility for a global business in 13 countries and is involved in M&A activities. Hans-Georg'smajor project has been building a global company with M&A and organic activities, including the establishment of a global finance organization.

Throughout their career, Reichl has consistently demonstrated strong financial leadership and has managed large teams and complex projects.

Hans-Georg Reichl pursued their studies in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1988 to 1995, earning a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann.
