Technical Lead, Application Support at Körber Supply Chain

Scott Force has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Scott started their career as a PC Support Analyst at Canadian Tire Financial Services, where they programmed a mainframe data extraction tool and revitalized the accounting system. Scott then worked as a System Administrator at the Department of National Defence, where they introduced innovations to streamline procedures and collaborated on LAN installations. Scott continued their career as an Automation Engineer at General Motors, re-engineering FloPro programs and creating tools to optimize production and enhance diagnostics. Scott also worked as a Test Engineer at Newbridge Networks, where they re-engineered test plans and contributed to the creation of a standard test library. Scott then transitioned to the role of a Software Developer at PSR Group Ltd., where they were solely responsible for the research and development of a data collection component for a Geographic and Advanced Traveler Information System. Scott also worked as an Undergrad Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo and as an MIS Systems Engineer at D&D Automation, where they conceptualized a patentable product and worked on custom Manufacturing Intelligence Systems. Currently, they hold the positions of Senior Software Developer, Support Team Lead, and Technical Lead, Application Support at Körber Supply Chain.

Scott Force received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1992 and 1998. From 2009 to 2010, they completed a Visual C#.NET program at Element K via the IEEE Computer Society. Before attending university, Scott earned an Honours degree from Moira Secondary School from 1987 to 1992.
