Luiz Franca

Luiz Franca has over 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Luiz is currently the Head of Human Resources for The Americas at Kordsa, where they have successfully transformed the organization to prioritize people and received recognition as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation, Bahia Pulp, and Delphi Automotive Systems. Luiz also worked at Ford Motor Company for 15 years, where they played a key role in launching an industrial unit and implementing a new Human Resources Management model. Luiz has extensive experience in negotiation, labor relations, and people development.

From 1999 to 2001, Luiz Franca attended FIA Business School where they pursued a post-graduate degree in Administration.
