Grace Ye

Grace Ye has over 15 years of work experience in finance roles. Grace is currently the Finance Director at Kore Labs since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Investor from January 2022. Grace also has extensive experience at PwC, where they held the position of (Associate) Director from December 2010 to November 2020. While at PwC, they led numerous M&A advisory and financial due diligence projects in various sectors and played a key role in digitalization and operational efficiency initiatives. Grace also worked as a Manager at PwC from October 2014 to September 2016, managing UK domestic transactions for PE investors and facilitating inbound M&A opportunities from Chinese investors. Grace started their career at KPMG China as a Manager from August 2005 to November 2010.

Grace Ye completed their Bachelor of Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shanghai International Studies University between 2001 and 2005. Grace later pursued a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, which was completed between 2021 and 2022. In addition to their formal education, Grace obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in January 2009. Grace also earned the CFA certification from the CFA Institute in 2015.
