Jule Johnston

Jule Johnston serves as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at KORE Power, Inc., a leader in battery cell technology for clean energy industries since November 2022, being the first in-house legal counsel for the company. Prior to this role, Jule Johnston was the Assistant General Counsel for the Americas Region at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation from December 2011 to November 2022, and had experience as Assistant General Counsel at Van Wagner Communications in 2010. Jule Johnston's earlier career includes a position as Senior Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where representation spanned investment banks and multinational corporations, and as a Corporate Associate at K&L Gates, focusing on commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Jule Johnston holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
