Michael Schleich

Michael Schleich has extensive experience in the energy and technology industries. Michael is currently the Vice President of Product Management at KORE Power, where they are involved in the development of clean energy storage and e-mobility systems. Prior to this, they worked at Itron, Inc. for over two decades, holding various leadership roles such as Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of R&D. During their time at Itron, they successfully brought innovative smart metering products to market and managed global R&D teams. Before joining Itron, they worked at Motorola as a Communications Systems Engineer. Overall, Michael Schleich has a strong background in product management, R&D, and engineering in the energy and technology sectors.

Michael Schleich obtained a MSE degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including "Communicate to Influence" from Decker Communications in 2017, "Commitment Based Management" from Human Potential Project in 2014, and "Pragmatic Marketing and Management" from Pragmatic Institute in 2005. Michael is also currently pursuing a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications" from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, expected to be completed in Q1/Q2 2024.
