Matt Jackson

Matt Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matt started their career at BDO USA, LLP as an Assurance Senior from October 2010 to December 2013. Matt then joined EY as a Senior Auditor from December 2013 to December 2014. Following that, they worked at Twilio Inc. as a Senior Revenue Accountant from January 2015 to December 2015, and later as a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A from January 2016 to July 2016. Matt then pursued a career transition and attended App Academy, where they worked as a Software Engineer - Student from July 2016 to October 2016. Matt rejoined Twilio Inc. and held the role of Software Engineer from October 2016 to June 2019, and then Staff Product Manager from June 2019 to June 2023. Finally, Matt acquired a new role as the Principal Product Manager at KORE starting in June 2023. In this position, they are responsible for strategically combining the strengths of Twilio IoT's flagship product, Super SIM, with KORE's connectivity portfolio, while also managing the smooth onboarding of Twilio IoT customers to KORE.

Matt Jackson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara in 2009. In 2016, they attended App Academy for software development studies. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as React.js: Building an Interface and AWS Essential Training for Developers from LinkedIn in 2022. Matt also holds certifications in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in 2017, and various Coursera Verified Certificates in subjects like Innovation for Entrepreneurs, Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies, and Introduction to Marketing, all obtained in 2015. Furthermore, Matt Jackson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2013.
