Steven Ridgway

Steven Ridgway has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and learning & development. Steven began their career at Putnam Investments as a Learning & Training Specialist, where they provided training and coaching to team members and ensured quality and productivity. Steven then moved on to Mercer as a Senior Learning & Training Specialist, where they planned, budgeted, and documented projects with cross-functional business partners. At ACI Worldwide, they served as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Currently, they are working at KORE Wireless as a Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and providing strategic leadership.

Steven Ridgway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Suffolk University. Steven also has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College (Boston). Additionally, Steven has obtained certifications in Adobe Captivate and FINRA Series 6 and 63.
