Tim Resh

Tim Resh has over 20 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS roles. Their most recent position was as the VP of Total Rewards at KORE Wireless, where they began in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PRGX Global Inc. as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, & HRIS from December 2017 to April 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they held the role of Director of Compensation at RentPath (formerly PRIMEDIA). Tim also has experience at Exide Technologies as a Senior Manager of Compensation Americas & Global HR Technology from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they were the Compensation Manager at AXIS Insurance from 2008 to 2011. Their earlier roles include Senior Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Ciena Corporation from 2001 to 2008 and Senior Benefits & HRIS Analyst at Mariner Health Care from 1998 to 2001. Throughout their career, Tim has managed various compensation and HRIS initiatives, administered performance review processes, and implemented ERP systems.

Tim Resh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from York College of Pennsylvania in 1996. Tim then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their academic achievements, Tim obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified Benefits Professional in 2012, a Global Remuneration Professional in 2009, and a Certified Compensation Professional in 2006 from World at Work.
