Linda Rad

Linda R. is an experienced executive and team coach, currently serving as an Executive Coach at Korn Ferry Advance and a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, in addition to roles at Envision Leadership Consulting and Keystone Partners. With a robust background in human resources and organizational development, Linda previously held positions such as Senior Executive Human Resource Consultant at Employers Council and Head of Learning & OD at the City of Boulder, where a focus on cultivating high-performing cultures was central. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University (in progress), a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University. Linda's expertise encompasses emotional intelligence, diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership development.
