Brian Monks

Brian Monks is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in enterprise applications and strategic technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications at Korn Ferry since December 2015, Monks leads a global IT team and plays a crucial role in the company's IT strategy and planning. Previously, Monks held the position of Vice President and CIO at Rentech, overseeing an international Oracle EBS implementation, and served as Vice President and CIO for the Facilities Maintenance Division at HD Supply, driving a nationwide ERP rollout. Monks began career at The Home Depot, advancing from Manager of IT Application Development to Director of IT for Strategic Business Development, where significant contributions included managing IT M&A and supporting a profitable wholesale business sold to private equity. Monks holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Technology from The University of Georgia.
