Daren Kemp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership consulting and executive search within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Country Chair for the United Kingdom and Ireland at Korn Ferry since July 2018, Daren also leads Financial Services for EMEA. Prior to Korn Ferry, Daren held senior roles at Heidrick & Struggles, including Senior Client Partner and Asia Regional Lead for Private Equity, where responsibilities encompassed executive search and leadership consulting. Daren's background includes significant positions such as CEO of Akamai Financial Markets and Director roles at Executive Access and Robert Fleming, demonstrating a strong track record in guiding financial institutions and organizations across global markets.
