Previously, he served as the Managing Principal for EY's People Advisory Services for the Financial Services sector at EY. Mr. Arian was also a Global Practice Leader at AON, Towers Watson, and Hewitt Associates.

Mr. Arian has served on several Private Equity funded Boards of Directors.

Mr. Arian’s specialties include alignment of strategy and human capital programs and organizational culture; merger integration; merger acquisition and divestiture program management; IPOs, restructuring; organizational effectiveness; acculturation (national and organizational culture), total rewards optimization; contingent workforce; leadership team effectiveness; and change management.

Mr. Arian is an attorney and a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He has a B.A. from Duke University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was twice awarded the Moe Berg Scholarship and won the Thomas E. Dewey prize. He is also a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. Mr. Arian is a frequent contributor to media outlets such as MSNBC, Fox Business, WSJ Radio and NPR.
