Megan Gettle Mathisen

Megan Gettle Mathisen, SPHR, serves as the Head of Human Resources at Korn Ferry, bringing over 12 years of strategic and operational HR leadership experience, particularly in high-growth and early-stage companies. Prior to this role, Megan was the Director of People Operations at NextHealth Technologies, where contributions included the development and execution of a human capital strategy that supported significant organizational growth. Megan's experience also encompasses leadership roles at Behavioral Healthcare Inc., where responsibilities ranged from overseeing HR activities to managing HR administration, as well as positions at Advanced Resources and TriWorth (now Advanced RPO), focusing on recruitment and staffing.
