Serena Robinson

Serena Robinson is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at Korn Ferry since May 2023, Serena leads the Minneapolis-based Technology Engagement team, focusing on interim technology positions following ICS's acquisition by Korn Ferry in August 2022. Previously, Serena held various recruiting roles at ICS from November 2017 to May 2023, including Principal Recruiter and Senior Recruiter, where the emphasis was on personalized candidate engagement and alignment with career aspirations. Notable prior positions include Admissions Manager and Program Manager at Rasmussen College, as well as server roles at Rojo Mexican Grill and Romano's Macaroni Grill.
