Stacey Peck

Stacey Peck serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Royal Mail since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing Strategic Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Next Generational Talent, Learning & Development, and Engagement & Employee Health and Wellbeing. Concurrently, Stacey holds the position of Principal at Korn Ferry and serves as a Council Member for The Visibility Council. Previous experience includes roles at Spencer Stuart, where positions ranged from Global Organizational Consulting Solutions Associate to Global Leadership Advisory Services Manager and Global Client Development Manager. Stacey has also contributed to academia as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Groningen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen, as well as a BCom Honours in International Trade and Finance and a BCom in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg, along with a Diploma in Project Administration from the University of Cape Town.
