Stacie Overbaugh

Stacie Overbaugh serves as the Chief Product Officer at Korn Ferry since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in product management and human capital management. Prior to this role, Stacie held the position of VP of HCM Products at UKG from October 2022 to May 2024, and group VP of Platform & Experience Product Management at SAP SuccessFactors from August 2019 to October 2022, where Stacie also served as VP of Experience Technologies. During a significant tenure at Workday from May 2013 to August 2019, Stacie progressed through roles including Sr. Director of People Experience Product Strategy and Global HR Product Leader. Stacie's early career includes over a decade at PrO Unlimited, Inc. as Director of Global Product Management and Regional Account Manager, as well as a General Manager/Area Operations Manager role at remedy from 1999 to 2002. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Drake University, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
