Stig Dahlgaard Berntzen

Stig Dahlgaard Berntzen currently serves as Head of Nordic Energy and Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Stig was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates from May 2020 to July 2023 and at Korn Ferry from September 2015 to May 2020, where Stig also held the position of Country Chair. Stig's experience includes serving as Partner and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2007 to 2015, as well as Head of Innovation Norway and Commercial Counsellor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in Stig's career, management was undertaken as Station Manager at the Norwegian Trade Council from 2002 to 2003. Stig holds an MBA in European Business Administration and Business Law from Lund University, completed in 1996, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, obtained in 1995.
