Rebecca Bakke, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca'smost recent position is as the Director of Human Resources at KorTerra, Inc., starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at US LBM as the Human Resources Division Manager from January 2020 to July 2022. During this time, they processed payroll, managed audits and billing, assisted in recruiting, and updated the HRIS system for new hires and terminations. Rebecca was also responsible for the onboarding and orientation process, as well as providing benefits, payroll, and policy information.
