Tatiana Anichkina

Tatiana Anichkina is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR People Partner at Koshelek since June 2023, Tatiana previously worked as an Operations Manager at Termius from July 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR processes for contractors, office management, equipment purchasing, and ensuring employee well-being. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Crystalnix, where Tatiana focused on HR processes, company culture, and compliance with local laws, and as Deputy Head of the Information Services Department at the State Employment Service, where event organization and community HR specialist management were key duties. Tatiana's career began as a Lead Inspector in the same department, organizing job fairs and developing training materials. Education includes completion of a program at the International Coaching Center "Open Portal" in 2014 and a degree from Altay State University.
