Craig McCardell has over 30 years of experience in various sales and leadership roles. From 1986 to 1999, they worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cardell Corporation, where they managed the department, developed sales and marketing plans, and led forecasting activities. From 1999 to 2002, they served as the Executive Vice President at Safeware, Inc., overseeing overall performance excellence and profit objectives. Craig then joined FCI Electronics as the Director of Sales - Americas Region from 2003 to 2004, managing sales for the Americas region and major global OEM accounts. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager at INNATECH LLC, responsible for managing the department and key customer accounts. Since 2010, they have been with KOSTAL of America, Inc., serving as the Senior Manager - Ford Sales Team and currently as the Director of Sales. In their current role, they are responsible for managing customer relationships with major automotive companies and leading a cross-functional team in supply chain management.
Craig McCardell attended the University of Maryland from 1983 to 1984. Prior to that, they earned an AA degree in Liberal Arts from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church from 1973 to 1975. Later, from 1975 to 1978, Craig obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Oakland University.
