Zoi Tikou - Gounaris

Zoi Tikou-Gounaris has extensive work experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Zoi is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Kosterina since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Velocity Snack Brands from November 2022 to January 2023. Before that, Zoi worked as the Senior Director of Warehousing, Logistics, and Operations at Velocity Snack Brands from August 2020 to November 2022. Zoi also served as the Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning at Zume Inc. from October 2019 to August 2020.

Additionally, Zoi held the role of Director of Supply Chain at Lantana Foods from November 2018 to September 2019, and Director of Logistics at Zarbee's Naturals from January 2018 to September 2018. Before their roles in the food industry, they worked as a Procurement Manager at the American Cancer Society from 2014 to 2017.

Zoi gained valuable experience in demand planning and process improvement during their time as a Demand Planning Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from July 2011 to February 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Manager of Process Improvement at Eastman Kodak from November 2008 to June 2011, and as a Demand Planning Manager at Bluelinx from June 2007 to October 2008.

Zoi's career began at Philips Consumer Electronics, where they worked as a Business Planning Manager and Black Belt from May 2002 to May 2007. With their diverse experience and expertise, Zoi Tikou-Gounaris has developed a strong foundation in operations management and supply chain strategy.

Zoi Tikou-Gounaris completed their education in a sequential order. Zoi began by earning a J.D. in Business Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) between 1989 and 1992. Following this, they pursued an Erasmus Certificate in International Business from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III) from 1992 to 1993. Later, they attended the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Logistics. Additionally, Zoi Tikou-Gounaris has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Negotiation, Managing Project Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Planning Fundamentals, and a course on Contract Law from Harvard University.
