Currently serving as Vice President of CSR & ESG at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Gajendra has previously held notable positions including Regional Head (West & South) for CSR at HDFC Bank, and Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Jewelex India Pvt. Ltd. Additional expertise includes serving as a freelance consultant and working in corporate social responsibility at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Gajendra Dixit is academically qualified with a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Social Welfare Administration from Tata Institute Mumbai, and completed a program in Social Impact Assessment and Land Acquisition from The Energy and Resource Institute in 2018.
