Subhasish R. has a breadth of experience in analytics and banking, starting with their current role as EVP and Head of Analytics for Retail Liabilities & Digital at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Lead of Strategic Analytics at Citi from 2020 to 2021. Subhasish also held key positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Retail Banking Analytics for UAE & AME from 2017 to 2020, and Director and Delivery Lead for the Analytics CoE from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they gained valuable experience at KPMG as a Manager in Data & Analytics for Financial Services from 2012 to 2015, and at HSBC Global Analytics Centre as a Lead Manager in Decision Science from 2007 to 2012. Subhasish began their career at Genpact as a Consultant in the ACoE for GE Consumer Finance from 2005 to 2007, and as a Management Trainee in Credit & Risk at Poonawalla Fincorp from 2004 to 2005.

Subhasish R. completed their Bachelors in Science (Honors) in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University between 1999 and 2002. Following that, they pursued a PGDM in Finance from the Institute of Management, Nirma University from 2002 to 2004. In October 2003, Subhasish also obtained a certification in NCFM Derivatives Core Module from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
