Mirka Palm

Mirka Palm is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Kotipizza Group Oyj since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mirka held the position of Company Culture Designer at Leidenschaft Oy from August 2018 to August 2020. Mirka's extensive background also includes several HR Manager roles at Dittmar & Indrenius (2006-2018), Bayer Oy (2005-2006), Excellent Finland (2004-2005), and Keko Technologies (2001-2002). Mirka began a career in HR as an HR Coordinator at Akumiitti from 2000 to 2001. Mirka holds a Master of Psychology degree from the University of Tampere and an MBA from Swansea University.
