Laura Cristinzo has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Laura worked at Peach Berserk as a Design Assistant/Silk Screen Instructor from 2002 to 2007. Laura then joined Nathalie-Roze & Co. as a Design Assistant/Silk Screen Instructor from 2007 to 2011. Laura worked at Roots as a Menswear Fit Technician from 2011 to 2013, followed by roles as a Quality Control Inspector from 2017 to 2017 and as a Technical Designer from 2013 to 2018. Laura co-founded Uber-Swap Clothing Exchange and worked as a Co-Founder from 2009 to 2019. Laura also worked at Cirque du Soleil as a Wardrobe Assistant on a contract basis in 2008. Laura joined October's Very Own in 2017 as a Technical Designer and later became a Senior Product Developer, focusing on Woven product, Outerwear, and Sustainability-focused Collections. Most recently, Laura joined Kotn in 2021 as a Senior Product Development Manager.

Additionally, in the same year, they also studied Textiles at OCAD University.
