Paul had expertise in areas such as treasury management, cross-border payments, commercial lending, credit risk management, and regulatory compliance.

In 2020, Paul became a Principal at Sunbelt Prosper, specializing in M&A advisory, deal origination, investment thesis development, and business brokerage services for private companies. Paul also founded Lonsford Capital LLC and served as the General Partner and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing investment strategies and managing partnerships.
