Gowri Ramkumar

Gowri Ramkumar's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Gowri started their career as an IT Lecturer at Amrita University, where they framed courses for computer subjects and organized seminars and workshops. Gowri then worked as a Test Analyst at Technology Forge, where they developed test plans and scripts and manually tested applications.

Next, Gowri joined RBC Dexia Investor Services as a Technical Test Lead, where they provided accurate test estimates and managed and delivered all test-related tasks. Gowri later joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Project Test Manager, where they managed and coordinated test activities for various projects, analyzed test strategies, and assisted in test execution.

Currently, Gowri is working at Kovai.co as a Vice President - Sales and Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for global sales and partnership activities related to software and B2B SaaS products. Gowri'sfocus is on keeping customers satisfied with support and services, and they engage with existing customers to improve processes and serve the community better.

Throughout their career, Gowri has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, customer relationship management, and project management, making their a valuable asset in their respective roles.

Gowri Ramkumar completed their education as follows:

- From 1988 to 1995, they attended Angappa Senior Secondary School, where they obtained a GCSE in Computer Science.

- Following that, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at Bharthiya Vidya Bhavan in Coimbatore, earning A Levels in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

- Finally, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
