Marc Pulpi

Marc Pulpi has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles across multiple companies. Marc is currently the VP of Human Resources at Kovalus Separation Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Associate Director at Curia (formerly AMRI). From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Global HR Director at Koch Separation Solutions, where they oversaw and directed all worldwide HR activities. Marc also held the position of Global Human Resources Director at Koch Membrane Systems from 2007 to 2019, during which they provided guidance and direction to business leaders on HR policies and processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at different companies. Marc has significant experience in employee relations, compliance, and coaching.

Marc Pulpi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bentley University, graduating in 1996. In 2007, they completed a Master's Degree in HR from Suffolk University. Additionally, in 2011, they earned a PHR from Merrimack College, specializing in HR.
