Rafael Garza

Rafael Garza has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Regional Director of Operations at Rappi, where they oversaw the quality of production and daily operations deliveries. Rafael also managed employee salaries, benefits, and career growth. In 2019, Rafael launched and led operations as a Partner & Director of Operations at Kovi, a manufacturing and car rental start-up. Rafael focused on establishing a hyper-growth culture, implementing internal policies, and achieving challenging productivity and quality metrics. In 2020, they took on a role as a Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
