Isabela Verissimo

Isabela Verissimo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Isabela started their career in 2005 as a Pedagoga at the Hospital dos Servidores do Estado, where they were responsible for organizing recreational activities for patients, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating events. In 2009, they transitioned to a role as a Pedagoga at Curso Ênfase, where they supervised administrative tasks, academic procedures, and collaborated with teachers for class scheduling and training activities. Isabela then worked as an HR professional at Clave Consultoria, focusing on recruitment and selection processes, as well as training, outplacement, and restructuring activities within the company. In 2010, Isabela joined EBX as an HR professional before moving to M4U, where they held the position of Gerente Talento & Cultura. In this role, they led a team of 11 employees responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, people analytics, career development, benefits management, and retention best practices. Most recently, Isabela joined Kovi as the Head of HR Tech in 2022.

Isabela Verissimo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management at Universidade Veiga de Almeida from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2005 to 2010.
