Yulia Kaiunko

Yulia Kaiunko's work experience begins in 2014 as an Online Content Manager at DPI Ecommerce, where they collaborated with marketing and design teams to develop site content and optimize it for SEO. Yulia also had responsibilities in editing, proofreading, and publishing blog articles using HTML, CSS, and JS. In 2016, they then moved on to Webinse as an IT Recruiter and HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for hiring and managing IT professionals. Yulia then joined openGeeksLab in 2017 as a Tech Recruiter, where they implemented effective recruitment strategies and developed corporate plans for various HR issues. Yulia's most recent experience is at Kozak Group, where they worked as a Lead Tech Recruiter and HRD. In this role, they collaborated with senior leadership to understand staffing needs, developed best practices for hiring and talent management, and implemented policies and processes to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.

Yulia Kaiunko obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic" from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Software Development at Zaporozhye Electrical Engineering College from 2010 to 2014.
