Steve Morgan is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Land Planner at kp environmental, Inc. since May 2021, specializing in utility-scale renewable energy development and major utility projects in the Southwest. Previously, Steve served as a Staff Environmental Scientist at Burns & McDonnell, providing technical services and project management support while conducting field work for environmental compliance. Additional roles include Conservation Biology and Policy Researcher at Central Oregon LandWatch, Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher at the UNH Biology Department, and Freshwater Ecologist for TechLaw Inc. Steve has also coordinated sustainability initiatives as a Campus Coordinator for Food & Water Watch and assisted in elections as a Poll Clerk. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Science & Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation & Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire.
