Jacob Marquez

Jacob Marquez currently serves as the Director of Food & Nutrition, EVS, PBX & Patient Transport at KPC Health, overseeing operations at Orange County and Anaheim Global Medical Centers since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Environmental Services at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center and as Food and Nutrition and Environmental Services Manager at Tenet Healthcare. Jacob has a background as an Environmental Services Manager at UHS and an EVS Service Coordinator at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Additionally, Jacob owned and operated a restaurant for over seven years, managing all operations and a team of 12 employees.
