Josh Richards

Josh is motivated by the demands for constant learning in structural engineering to stay on the leading edge as codes change, new materials emerge, and technologies evolve. Working for over 20 years with different types of clients, projects, locations, and materials has helped Josh keep tabs on the pulse of the industry and shape creative solutions. His diverse experience and attention to detail give Josh a well-rounded approach that ensures designs are durable, flexible, and economical. He understands the value of relationships and good communication skills, working easily with multiple disciplines to realize integrated solutions that deliver a successful project. Josh is also a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, NW Region Chapter and works on the Oregon steering committee to promote design-build projects in construction when appropriate.
