Namratha Sriram

Namratha Sriram has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Namratha is currently employed as a Manager- Human Resources at KPI Partners, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Ricoh Innovations Corporation as an Assistant Manager in the HR department, from October 2018 to June 2019. At Ricoh, they were responsible for various HR initiatives, including change management, employee handbook revamping, policy counseling, and structured induction schedules. Before joining Ricoh, Namratha worked at NuWare as a Human Resource- Lead for seven years, from May 2011 to October 2018. Their role at NuWare involved managing various HR responsibilities. Namratha began their career at ABB as an HR Executive, starting in August 2008 and ending in November 2010.

Namratha Sriram completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology. Namratha attended this institute from 2001 to 2005.

After their undergraduate studies, Namratha Sriram pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from B. M. S. College of Engineering. Namratha attended this college from 2005 to 2007.
