Adam Ouellette P.eng

Adam Ouellette P.Eng has extensive experience in the mining and salt production industries, currently serving as Mine Manager at Windsor Salt Ltd. / Sel Windsor Ltée since June 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held several key positions at Morton Salt, including Manager of Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability and Evap Production Manager. Adam also worked at K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. / K+S Sel Windsor Ltée in various capacities, including Maintenance and Reliability Manager and Project Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at Morton Salt as 21st Century Project Lead, and diverse positions at Nemak and Nalco. Adam Ouellette holds an Engineer’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor, obtained from 1999 to 2003.
