Louise Lutgens is an experienced professional in talent innovation and strategic investments, currently serving as Managing Director at KPMG Canada. Previously, Louise held the position of Interim Executive in the Business Enablement & Strategic Initiatives Office at KPMG. In addition to this role, Louise served as Senior Advisor and Interim Vice President at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services and as a Senior Advisor at Deloitte Canada. Notably, Louise was the Senior Vice President of Community & Cultural Affairs for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee and is also the Principal and Founder of Kerry Blue Inc.
