Cathy Hawthorne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and operations within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Leader in Managed Solutions and Services at KPMG Ireland since May 2022, Cathy previously held various leadership roles at Santander UK from May 2004 to May 2022, including UK Head of Client Services and Operations for Corporate and Commercial Banking, UK Director of Business Banking Customer Contact and Experience, UK and Global Director of Retail Banking Multi-channel Division, and UK Head of Retail Banking Contact Centres. Cathy's career began at Abbey National, where responsibilities included UK Head of Retail Banking and Savings Contact Centres from August 1997 to April 2004, and as a Senior Sales Division Leader at British Airways from September 1990 to July 1997.
