Jack Den Ouden

Jack den Ouden is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and system management. Currently serving as an End User Specialist at KPMG Nederland since July 2019, Jack leads the SCCM environment's management and maintenance, ensuring efficient software distribution and optimal performance of Windows workstations. Previous experience includes a Desktop Support Technician role at Tesla Motors, where responsibilities included providing technical support for various devices and establishing cooperative working relationships. Jack's earlier positions as an IT Technician at Microfix N.V. and MyCom focused on resolving hardware and software issues, combined with sales experience that involved advising clients on IT hardware purchases.
